IASB is based in Malaysia,

one of Malaysia's premier security firm, Mahmood Security (M)
Sdn Bhd or MSM and both are headquartered in Kuala Lumpur.MSM
itself was established 18 years ago in 1984 and today is recognised
as a trusted name in security to all end users of its services
nationwide. MSM is in association with international security
agencies such as Pinkerton and Brinks of the United States covering
highly sensitive projects.
